1. What this site is
lamaddalena.boats is an independent information and comparison guide to boat tours in the La Maddalena Archipelago. It is not the official site of the Parco Nazionale dell’Arcipelago di La Maddalena, of any tour operator, or of any booking platform. No tickets, tours or services are sold here: every purchase happens on a third-party site, on that seller’s terms. Who we are and how we work is set out on the about page.
2. Content and liability
Our pages are written carefully and updated at the frequency shown on each one, but prices, departure times, routes, inclusions, availability and park rules change without notice. Before you book, always check the platform listing, the operator’s own site and, for navigation and landing rules, the park’s official site.
We are not liable for:
- differences between what we publish and what you find on the listing or on board;
- cancellations, delays or changes to tours decided by operators, for example when the mistral blows;
- your relationship with the booking platform and the operator, including payments, date changes and refunds;
- direct or indirect losses arising from use of the information on this site.
Figures for GetYourGuide products (prices, ratings, review counts) are reported as seen on the platform on the date the page was updated. Park rules are attributed to the Parco Nazionale dell’Arcipelago di La Maddalena.
3. Affiliate links
The site takes part in the GetYourGuide affiliate programme. Booking links take the form /go/tour-name/ and send you on to the matching GetYourGuide listing with a 302 redirect; they carry the nofollow attribute. If you book after following one of these links, the platform pays us a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not shape our assessments: operators do not pay to appear, and they cannot pay to be described favourably.
4. Trademarks
GetYourGuide is a trademark of GetYourGuide Deutschland GmbH. The names of the operators, ferry companies and booking platforms mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. The name and logo of the Parco Nazionale dell’Arcipelago di La Maddalena belong to the park authority. They are used only to identify the services described; no mention implies affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by the owner.
5. Rights in our text
The text on this site, in every language, is the work of the lamaddalena.boats editorial team and is protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the original page. Reproducing whole pages, translating them, republishing them or using them to train automated systems is not permitted without written consent. Requests go to info@lamaddalena.boats.
6. Photographs
The photographs come from Wikimedia Commons and are published under their respective Creative Commons licences, with author and licence shown on the photo credits page. If you reuse a photo, follow the original licence listed there, not these terms. If you believe a photo is published in breach of its licence, tell us: we will remove it or correct the attribution.
7. External links
The site links to third-party sites: GetYourGuide, operators’ own sites, the park, ferry companies, Olbia airport, the regional bus network and Wikipedia. We do not control what is on those sites and we are not responsible for their information, their terms or how they handle data. How data is handled on our own site is described in the privacy policy.
8. Permitted use
You may read the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Systematic extraction of content, overloading our servers, attempting unauthorised access, or using the site for unlawful activity is not permitted.
9. Changes
We may change these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. Continuing to use the site after changes are published counts as acceptance.
10. Governing law
